骨折创伤康复与护理

前言

随着医学护理模式的转变，康复护理的观念也发生了转变，由传统的医学治疗向多元化综合治疗的护理方向转变，其主要目的是尽早使康复工作付诸实施，以帮助患者身体恢复到最佳满意的状态。骨科疾病有治疗时间长、护理难度大等特点。针对这些特点，给患者予以科学的康复护理指导，对促进其早日康复具有重要意义。骨科功能康复的作用：促进血肿和渗出物的吸收；加速骨折断端的纤维性链接和骨痂形成；防止关节粘连、僵硬，恢复关节功能；防止肌萎缩。恢复肌力；消除骨折对肢体的不良影响，减少肢体制动所致各种并发症和继发损害；减轻患者长期卧床造成的运功、感觉和心理功能障碍，让患者尽早达到生活自理，重返工作岗位。

Foreword

With the transformation of medical and nursing models, the concept of rehabilitation nursing has also shifted from traditional medical treatment toward a multidimensional approach focused on comprehensive care. Its primary objective is to initiate rehabilitation measures as early as possible, helping patients restore their physical condition to an optimal and satisfactory state. Orthopedic diseases are characterized by prolonged treatment duration and significant nursing challenges. In light of these features, providing patients with scientific rehabilitation nursing guidance is of great significance in promoting their early recovery. The roles of orthopedic functional rehabilitation include: facilitating the absorption of hematomas and exudates; accelerating the fibrous connection and callus formation at fracture ends; preventing joint adhesions and stiffness to restore joint function; preventing muscle atrophy and restoring muscle strength; eliminating the adverse effects of fractures on limbs and reducing various complications and secondary injuries caused by limb immobilization; alleviating the motor, sensory, and psychological dysfunctions resulting from prolonged bed rest, enabling patients to achieve self-care as soon as possible and return to work.
